Understand their needs, provide product information, address inquiries, and offer solutions that align with their requirements. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data. Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities. Utilise data-driven insights to refine sales and marketing strategies. 4. Product Promotion and Presentation: Promote and demonstrate the features, advantages, and benefits of the company's products or services to potential customers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, metallurgy or civil engineering, marketing, and business (preferred). Knowledge of industry standards, construction processes, and building materials is valuable. Typically, 3-4 years proven track record of experience in sales and marketing or, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptability in a dynamic business environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must and familiarity with a CRM software is preferable. Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety norms, sustainability standards, and airport-specific guidelines. Manage design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to façade finishes. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants during construction to resolve design issues and ensure quality execution. Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify installation against approved designs. Mentor junior architects and contribute to design reviews and value engineering exercises. Preferred Experience Experience with airport terminal design or other high-performance public buildings. Exposure to BIM workflows and digital design tools. Knowledge of innovative materials and sustainable façade technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years focused on façade finishes in large-scale infrastructure projects (preferably airports or transport hubs). Strong knowledge of façade systems including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, and shading devices. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Suite. Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ASTM, BS, NFPA) and green building certifications (LEED, IGBC). Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
