Eco-Shelter Projects LLP is building a first of its kind manufacturing facility in Nashik, Maharashtra and is seeking a qualified Production Manager to lead and manage daily operations. Position Summary: The Production Manager will be responsible for managing daily manufacturing operations:Safety – People SafetyQuality – Product QualityDelivery – Satisfy customers by on time delivery of factory schedule as promisedCost – Respect factory budget The Production manager will lead a team of Shift Production Workers, Shift Maintenance Supervisors, and a Mechanical Fitter ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.
