Role & responsibilities 1. Diagnosing electrical problems and malfunctions and taking corrective action. Maintaining and repairing plant instruments. 2. Identify opportunities for process or equipment improvements and develop and implement solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance. 10.Collaborate with other departments or stakeholders to ensure that their plans align with the goals and objectives of the business. This might involve coordinating with production teams to minimize disruptions and downtime 11.Responsible for maintaining accurate records and documenting all maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, repair logs and equipment performance metrics. 12.Manage maintenance budgets and ensure that all maintenance activities stay within budgetary constraints. 13.Shall be responsible for Power press, Hydraulic Press, Press Brakes, Roll Forming, Spot Welding, Drilling, Tapping, Powder coating Plant equipment and overall, any equipment/machines/devices of CS Plant.
