The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. Additionally, a minimum of 4 years of experience in administering and developing customization of security platforms and administration is required. The candidate should have expertise in IAM technologies, including Access Management (AM), Directory Services (DS), Identity Lifecycle (IDM), and Identity Gateway (IG). A solid understanding of CIAM capabilities, MFA, Identity lifecycle, Roles Management, Entitlements, and Identity Governance is essential. Proficiency in working in a Linux environment and scripting is necessary, along with knowledge of cloud platform capabilities and security best practices. Familiarity with relational databases, programming languages, and source control is also preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, be self-driven, and have experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with both management and staff employees. Preferred skills for this role include direct experience with the ForgeRock stack, Docker or Kubernetes containers experience, familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and git, as well as experience building Azure DevOps pipelines.
