Strong knowledge of Security Console, Role Provisioning, Duty Roles, Aggregate Privileges , and data security policies . Expertise in security troubleshooting, audits, and enhancements in HCM Cloud. The Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Security Administrator is a key technical role responsible for Oracle Fusion security administration in addition to other HRIS technology. This position requires expertise in the Oracle HCM Cloud role-based security model, focusing on HCM security governance, user administration, role-based security, HCM data restriction, and documentation. Responsibilities Lead Security Initiatives - Develop, implement, and manage security strategies for Oracle fusion environments. Day to day user role provisioning and management of related ServiceNow requests. Develop and manage roles for Oracle (Fusion HCM), Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW/FDI) and other HR systems.
