As an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant/Architect, you will be responsible for utilizing your 4+ years of experience to work with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on architecture and integrations. Your primary tasks will include mapping, auditing, and documenting Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. You will be involved in hands-on activities related to system integrations, data migrations, and technical configurations. Additionally, you will lead at least one full-cycle migration from a legacy or third-party HR system into Oracle Fusion HCM. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Your expertise in modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, and third-party integrations will be crucial. It is essential to have a strong understanding of the Oracle HCM security model and role configurations. Familiarity with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL, and REST/SOAP APIs is necessary for successful project delivery. Experience with PeopleSoft Core HR will be highly advantageous. This position is based in Hyderabad and requires immediate joiners.
