Job Summary: Rishabh Engineering is looking for experienced Piping Stress Engineers to perform comprehensive stress analysis and provide technical support across piping systems in large-scale industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the mechanical integrity and code compliance of piping systems, supporting the engineering team through all phases of design and execution. Key Responsibilities: Perform piping stress analysis using CAESAR II and other relevant tools in accordance with applicable codes (ASME B31.1, B31.3, API, etc.). Review and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), isometrics, general arrangement drawings, and equipment data sheets. Identify critical lines and perform flexibility analysis, considering thermal expansion, seismic, wind, and dynamic loads. Provide support in selecting and designing piping supports, expansion loops, and spring hangers. Evaluate nozzle loads on rotating and static equipment and coordinate with Mechanical and Civil teams for resolution. Prepare stress analysis reports and recommend modifications where necessary. Review vendor documents and interface with suppliers on stress-related matters. Participate in model reviews and coordinate with 3D designers to ensure stress-related design criteria are implemented. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and best engineering practices. Provide technical mentoring to junior engineers and collaborate with global teams. Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in CAESAR II (mandatory), with knowledge of other tools like AutoPIPE or Rohr2 considered an asset. Deep understanding of international design codes (ASME B31.3, B31.1, API 610/617, WRC 107/297, etc.). Experience with stress analysis of critical lines , nozzle load calculations, spring supports, and interaction with civil/structural. Ability to perform lift-off, slug flow, two-phase flow, PSV and relief line analysis . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret client specifications and incorporate stress requirements into design deliverables. Familiarity with 3D modeling software like CADWorx, SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) , or E3D for integration with piping layouts. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. 15 to 20 years of relevant piping stress engineering experience in EPC/EPCM projects. Prior experience working in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or power projects is preferred. Good communication and coordination skills to work in multi-disciplinary teams. Preferred Experience: Global project exposure, working with North American or Middle East client specifications. Familiarity with Indian and international regulatory requirements and standards. Experience in modularization or brownfield revamp projects is a plus.

You will be responsible for designing district heating pipelines, including both above ground and underground systems, as well as designing pumping stations within district heating pipeline networks. You should have expertise in Civil 3D software and be proficient in its use. Knowledge of EU standards and guidelines will be advantageous for this role. Your extensive knowledge of pipeline materials, particularly for district heating applications, and stress analysis for steel pipelines in the ground will be crucial. Experience in distributing media with high temperatures is also required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, with a focus on District Heating, is necessary for this position. Strong English verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for report writing. You should be able to multitask effectively, manage multiple projects, and accurately estimate the time needed to complete each scope of work. This role may require you to work independently, as part of a team, or within a large cross-disciplinary team spanning multiple office locations. Therefore, self-motivation and excellent communication skills are key attributes. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required, and you should have demonstrated the ability to manage projects independently. Your extensive experience in field operations will be beneficial for this role. For qualifications, you should have expertise in ROHR2 Software, district heating systems, pipe stress analysis, and pressurized networks. Additional skills in pressurized networks, district heating, and pipe stress analysis are desirable for this position.,
