Eligibility Criteria: Minimum education: 10th / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred but not mandatory) 0–2 years experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics operations Physically fit and able to lift medium-weight stock (up to 20kg) Basic understanding of inventory or packaging processes Familiarity with barcode scanning or stock entry apps is a bonus Ability to read and write in English and Hindi (additional local language preferred) Roles & Responsibilities: Inventory Handling Receive, unload, and count incoming stock; report shortages or damages Assist in systematic shelf stocking as per product type/category Support periodic stock audits, tagging, and labeling with barcodes Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare products accurately as per order sheets Ensure proper packaging to minimize breakage or damage during transit Coordinate with delivery partners for timely dispatch Store & Shelf Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization across shelves, bins, and store area Report low stock or slow-moving inventory to Store Manager proactively Support Operations Assist in creating SKU and applying product labels Support online order management if needed (basic app usage like Shopify) Take ownership of keeping daily records updated (manual or app-based) Key Traits We Value: Reliability and punctuality Integrity with stock and cash handling Willingness to learn tech-driven inventory systems Proactive, can-do attitude—no micro-management Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required) Work Location: In person
