Perform the gap analysis between new business requirements and as-is functionalities. Possess good understanding on Siebel system architecture and have good knowledge on Telecom domain and CRM domain knowledge. Have good knowledge and hands-on experience on various Siebel technical areas like Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Integration, Order. Management workflow, RTEs, Open UI etc. Ability to model and design the new services launched by business with shorter TTM. Experienced Siebel order management, with strong knowledge of data migration Siebel upgrade knowledge and working experience in Rodod stack and order management.
