Dear Candidate, We are looking for Accounts Executive, please find below following details related to job opening: Job Description : -Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and budget vs. actual performance reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, journal entries, and reconciliations, to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. - Support the budgeting and forecasting process, including gathering financial data, preparing budget templates, and analyzing variances to help management make informed decisions. - Conduct financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in revenue generation, cost control, and operational efficiency. - Assist with internal and external audits, providing documentation, explanations, and support as needed to ensure compliance with audit requirements and recommendations. - Collaborate with other departments, including revenue management, sales, and operations, to provide financial insights and support decision-making to drive revenue growth and profitability. - Stay current with accounting regulations, industry standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements and enhancements as needed. - Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the finance manager or hotel management team to achieve financial objectives and strategic goals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting or MBA (Finance) Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and budgeting processes. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
