About RocketiQ RocketiQ is a research-native aerospace edtech startup founded by a U.S.-based rocket propulsion scientist. We build simulation-driven workshops, open-source research projects, and educational outreach programs in aerospace and space sciences. Our mission is to bridge the gap between ambitious learners in India and global research standards in space, propulsion, and astrophysics. About the Role Support daily operations across Creative, Web, Hiring/HR Ops, Events, and Internal Systems. You’ll help keep trackers tidy, prep docs, coordinate schedules, and drive follow-ups to done—learning how a research-native space edtech runs from the inside. Key Responsibilities Founder & Ops support: Turn notes into tasks; maintain a daily brief; log decisions and actions. Calendar & comms: Help with IST/US scheduling; prep agendas; draft follow-ups for approval. Meeting ops: Capture minutes; assign owners & dates; chase blockers; update the task board. Hiring & HR (assist): Draft posts; screen to must-haves; schedule interviews; prep offers/onboarding. Creative/social (coordination): Keep the content calendar current; collect briefs/assets; basic QA on copy/links. Website/product (assist): Convert notes to tickets/specs; coordinate sprints; run UAT checklists; compile release notes. Docs & systems: Keep SOPs/templates tidy; follow naming/versioning; maintain confidentiality. Qualifications Education: High school (Class 12) or Bachelors (pursuing/graduate) — all welcome. Mindset: fast learner, curious, and proactive; comfortable asking questions and seeking clarity. Execution: reliable with checklists and follow-through; ownership of small tasks end-to-end. Communication: clear written English; crisp updates and professional tone. Quality: attention to detail, naming/version hygiene, and document organization. Availability: ~2–3 hours/day on weekdays with some overlap to India and U.S. time zones. What You’ll Gain Hands-on training in operations rhythms, tooling, and stakeholder coordination.
