Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aligarh for an E-commerce Specialist. The E-commerce Specialist will manage online product listings, optimize content for e-commerce platforms, and analyze sales data to identify trends and improve performance. Responsibilities also include coordinating with customers, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with the sales team to ensure operational success. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure the growth and success of the company’s online sales channels. Qualifications Strong E-Commerce expertise, including platform management and optimization Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills Exceptional Analytical Skills for interpreting and utilizing sales and market data Relevant knowledge of digital marketing and familiarity with customer relationship management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively in an onsite office environment
