You are urgently hiring an Area Sales Manager for Kitchen Sinks & Sanitary-ware products. As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), your primary responsibility will be to oversee sales and business development activities within the assigned territory. You should possess a proactive approach, a solid understanding of building materials or sanitaryware industry, and the ability to guide channel partners and field sales teams towards achieving revenue targets. Your core duties will include formulating and implementing a sales strategy to boost the market presence of kitchen sinks, sanitary-ware, and bathroom/kitchen fittings across retail, wholesale, and project distribution channels. You will also be tasked with appointing and supervising channel partners, dealers, distributors, and retailers in the designated area. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales related to sanitary-ware, kitchen hardware, or building materials. Extensive travel within the territory will be required. Previous exposure to reputed brands in sanitary-ware, faucets, tiles, or modular kitchen sector is preferred. A robust network of dealers, distributors, and influencers in the assigned region will be advantageous.
