Job Overview Robustness testing of Automotive ECUs Good understanding of Robustness testing process Customer Focus Natural problem-solver with a structured approach to problem solving in a technical environment Bench Test Knowledge: Technical expertise and experience of HILS bench test facilities & Vehicle Bench for regression testing or robustness testing. Product level testing for single ECU or Domain ECU integrated testing Good understanding of whole ECU system hardware and software systems Body & Chassis or powertrain Data analysis, test input data preparation and reporting of test data for regression /Robustness testing Knowledge of instrument calibration processes and data collection Experienced / Know how with data acquisition and control systems Skilled in Vector CANoe, CAPL and VT system Test Case development knowledge: Hands-on experience in test specification development on Robustness Testing CAN, Automotive Ethernet Testing : Skilled in Robustness testing categories like Timing, Variation, Completeness, Shelf Test etc. Skilled in Power supply voltage dips and drops testing Qualification : BE/Btech in EC, Electrical or Instrumentation Experience : 7 to 10 Years
