Robotics Trainer (STEM)

Job Description: You are invited to join "On My Own Technology" as a Robotic Trainer (electronics preferred) on a full-time basis. The institute is located in Mumbai and offers STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education for students of all ages, focusing on enhancing scientific and creative thinking. Your role will involve conducting training sessions, teaching robotics concepts, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing maintenance on robotics equipment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on robot development projects and provide guidance to students. The working days are from Monday to Saturday with timings from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. As a Robotics Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging robotic sessions to students ranging from kindergarten to Junior Colleges/Degree colleges. Your duties will also include contributing to research papers and projects assigned to you. You must design and implement lesson plans using innovative teaching techniques, ensure students have a solid understanding of robotics programming and design, manage classroom discipline, evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum materials and teaching strategies. It is essential to stay updated with new technologies and teaching methods in the field of robotics education. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, organizational skills, familiarity with coding languages and programming software, and experience in classroom management are required. Prior experience in educational technology (EdTech) is preferred for experienced teachers. This position falls under the Teaching & Training - Other category in the E-Learning/EdTech industry.
