Role: Robotics Trainer (Full-Time)
Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi

At Robotronix S.T.E.M. Lab, we’re on a mission to ignite young minds and transform students into thinkers, creators, and innovators through hands-on STEM & Robotics education.
We set up AI & Robotics Labs in schools aligned with CBSE & NEP 2020, and deliver cutting-edge programs that make learning fun, practical, and future-ready!

We’re expanding our dynamic team and looking for an energetic, passionate, and hands-on Robotics Trainer — someone who loves electronics, tinkering with Arduino, and inspiring students through real-world innovation projects.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct engaging, hands-on STEM & Robotics sessions using Arduino, ESP32, IoT, Drones, Sensors, and 3D Printing.
• Guide students (Grades 2–12) through innovation projects, competitions, and exhibitions.
• Work with DIY kits, breadboards, microcontrollers, and mechanics tools to make concepts come alive.
• Develop and test STEM kits & help design fun, practical learning content.
• Collaborate with schools to integrate STEM programs into their curriculum.
• Be a mentor, motivator, and maker — inspiring creativity and curiosity every single day!

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field (B.Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc.)
• 6+ months of experience in STEM/Robotics training (freshers with strong skills are welcome!)
• Strong knowledge of Core Electronics, Arduino, ESP32/8266, IoT, Sensors, Python, and C++
• Drone experience (assembly & programming) is a big plus!
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Passion for teaching school students and shaping future innovators
• Willingness to travel locally, work 6 days a week, and adapt to flexible timings
• A curious learner who loves exploring new technologies and tools
