As the leader of the HR Technology Operations team at Labcorp, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of service delivery by optimizing investments in cutting-edge HR technologies. Your strategic mindset and strong leadership skills will drive operational efficiency and enhance the overall employee and manager experience. You will work closely with HR Technology leadership to develop operational strategies, drive process improvements, and lead automation initiatives that elevate HR technology service delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing the India-based HR Technology Operations team supporting platforms like Workday and Cornerstone/Saba. You will establish service standards, develop metrics, and drive continuous improvement by balancing ongoing work, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancements. Additionally, you will oversee HR tech operations reporting, develop tools to support best practices adoption, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business goals. Leading a team of HR Tech operations professionals, you will mentor and foster career development while emphasizing a quality-focused, data-driven mindset. Your role will involve collaborating with internal partners, overseeing vendor release cycles, managing HR master data governance, and staying updated on HR tech trends to maximize ROI and user experience. Your strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of process efficiency and automation. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, or related field, along with at least 7 years of management experience in a Human Resources/IT operations or shared services environment. Proficiency in data analysis, HR metrics, and analytics tools is required, with preferred qualifications including background in HR technology, experience with Workday, and proficiency in agile methodologies. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a proven track record of building and retaining high-performing teams, are essential for success in this role.
