With the support of a strong team of mentors, R&D experts, and support staff, we aim to innovate through STEM to ensure better conceptual understanding and retention for students. In this full-time on-site role as a Production Supervisor at ABL EDUCATION in Noida, you will be tasked with overseeing production schedules, planning production activities, managing the production process, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Your responsibilities will include supervising the production team to deliver outcome-driven services and nurturing caring relationships with clients. To excel in this role, you are required to possess supervisory skills, proficiency in production management, and the ability to handle production schedules and planning effectively. Strong communication skills are essential, along with prior experience in production processes and managing production teams. An added advantage would be knowledge of STEM education and robotics concepts. A Diploma or ITI in Electronics is preferred, and proficiency in MS Office and email handling is a must.
