Dear All, We are looking for an Engineer - Production Assembly with SMT background candidates. Qualification: Diploma or BE Electronics candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience. Roles and Responsibilities Assemble electronic components on PCBs using surface mount technology (SMT). Perform change management activities, including change points and AOI inspections. Handle manpower efficiently during shifts, ensuring effective shift planning and execution. Implement kaizen initiatives to improve production processes and maintain a clean work environment according to 5S system standards. Coordinate with team members for daily production planning, attendance management, and line balancing. Strong knowledge in Surface Mount Technology. Expert in Soldering techniques & Robot Soldering. Preferred in Auto Electronics Products. Desired Candidate Profile 5-8 years of experience in SMT production assembly or related field. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics/Telecommunication.
