We are seeking a highly skilled Robotic Arm Design Engineer with a strong background in mechatronics, robotics, and AI-based control systems to join our Industrial Automation team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for deloging next-generation robotic manipulators integrated with machine learning and reinforcement learning algorithms, aimed at improving manufacturing efficiency, precision, and scalability
h6 Bachelor s or Master s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience in robotic system design, preferably in industrial/factory environments
Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360), and FEA software for stress/load simulation
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, MoveIt, or ROS2
Experience with control systems (PID, MPC), sensor fusion (IMU, LiDAR, vision), and hardware-in-the-loop testing
Familiarity with deploying AI models on real-time systems (eg, NVIDIA Jetson, Intel RealSense, or similar)
Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, EtherCAT)
Hands-on experience with collaborative robots (eg, UR, KUKA, FANUC)
Prior work on automated assembly, pick-and-place systems, or custom end-effector development
