We are seeking a highly skilled Robotic Arm Design Engineer with a strong background in mechatronics, robotics, and AI-based control systems to join our Industrial Automation team The ideal candidate will be responsible for deloging next-generation robotic manipulators integrated with machine learning and reinforcement learning algorithms, aimed at improving manufacturing efficiency, precision, and scalability h6 Bachelor s or Master s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 4+ years of experience in robotic system design, preferably in industrial/factory environments Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360), and FEA software for stress/load simulation Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, MoveIt, or ROS2 Experience with control systems (PID, MPC), sensor fusion (IMU, LiDAR, vision), and hardware-in-the-loop testing Familiarity with deploying AI models on real-time systems (eg, NVIDIA Jetson, Intel RealSense, or similar) Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, EtherCAT) Hands-on experience with collaborative robots (eg, UR, KUKA, FANUC) Prior work on automated assembly, pick-and-place systems, or custom end-effector development Opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation solutions Cross-disciplinary R&D exposure with AI, robotics, and industrial systems Competitive compensation and access to top-tier tools and infrastructure Design, optimize, and deploy lightweight AI models for speech recognition, translation, and TTS Work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI systems Develop ASR, NMT, and TTS models Optimize models for Edge deployment (TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime) Benchmark, compress, and integrate models into mobile apps Bachelors/Masters in CS, AI, or related fields 2+ years of ML experience in Speech/NLP Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX
