Job description This position is responsible to understand, develop, and handle Project Design activities using HMI, SCADA for the systems, ensure & resolve customer complaints in line with Company standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand, plan and carry out Project Design and development activities using HMI, SCADA for Machinery/Systems to lead the projects assigned by the superior. Adhere to the Project development plans and schedules as agreed and committed with superior. Execute Project design well within the set target cost and development budget. Understand the problems in the Systems pertaining to Project design and coordinate with cross-functional teams for proactive solutions. Coordinate and support service department in effectively resolving customer complaints pertaining to Mechanical Design issues. Adhere strictly to the QMS standards Skills & Experience: Education Qualification: BE (Electrical & Electronics) PLC programming hands on experience PLCs like AB, Mitsubishi, GE, Siemens, Omron or any reputed platform Hands on experience on HMI, SCADA, VFD parameter setting, Eurytherm PID controller. Able to understand existing logic, trouble shooting and development of new logic. Exposure to interface with third party devices on network like RS232, 485 or Ethernet or any protocols like Profinet, Profibus, Ethercat Able to understand flow diagram, Architecture diagram, Circuit diagram and preparation of program. Should be committed to project timeline. Programming using PLC like AB , Siemens, Omron and Mitsubishi learning is mandatory other PLC will be value added . Back-up handling and storing after project completion.
