What You'll Do

• Develop, optimize, and ship

  Roblox experiences end-to-end using Roblox Studio and Lua scripting.
• Implement

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience

  developing on Roblox with Lua scripting.
• Deep understanding of

  Roblox Studio

  , gameplay mechanics, and multiplayer systems.
• Ability to

  prototype quickly

  and iterate based on feedback.
• Experience deploying and maintaining

  live Roblox experiences.

• Solid understanding of

  client-server replication, data stores, and network optimization.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a love for clean, efficient code.
• Collaborative mindset and should be comfortable working across disciplines in a fast-paced team.
• Passion for creating experiences that playerstalk about, share, and come back to.
