Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager located in Trivandrum. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the sales team, driving sales growth, and building customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, overseeing advertising campaigns, analyzing market trends, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong marketing strategy and campaign management skills Proven experience in sales management and customer relationship building Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and conduct thorough market research Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience in real estate industry is a plus
