Brief of the Job : Position: Road Construction Planner Location: Nigeria - Africa Job type: Full time Experience: 10+ years of on-site experience in handling project planning or construction scheduling (particularly of road construction projects) Qualification: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Key Responsibilities: Create and update project schedules using Primavera or MS Project Estimate and allocate labor, equipment, and materials Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions Coordinate with engineers, contractors, surveyors, and stakeholders Generate progress and forecast reports for management and clients Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans Ensure project compliance with budget, contracts, and regulations. Desired Skills: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
