Purpose: Lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy & execution to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, retention, and digital transformation initiatives . Key Responsibilities (Summarised): • Digital Strategy & Campaigns: Build and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Manage SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, content, email, marketplaces, and automation. • Websites & Apps: Oversee performance, lead generation, API integrations, chatbots, and regular analytics reporting. • Performance & Analytics: Define KPIs, track ROI, run competitive analysis, and provide regular reports with actionable insights. • Budget & Resource Management: Plan and optimize budgets, manage agencies/vendors, and ensure cost-effective execution. • Team Leadership: Build and mentor digital marketing teams, set performance benchmarks, and ensure delivery of KPIs. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and corporate marketing to ensure alignment. Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a strategic digital marketing leader to define and drive the companys digital roadmap, aligning with business growth, brand leadership, and customer engagement goals .
