We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technician to join our service team at Bimal Maruti, Kunnamangalam. As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in Maruti Suzuki vehicles. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring quality service delivery, guiding junior technicians, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately diagnose and repair Maruti Suzuki vehicles. - Perform periodic maintenance, running repairs, and advanced diagnostic work using Maruti diagnostic tools. - Ensure adherence to standard repair procedures and quality checks. - Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Manager for job progress and Turnaround Time (TAT). - Maintain thorough documentation of repairs, checklists, and job cards. - Uphold safe working practices and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment. - Conduct final inspections and road tests as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: - ITI / Diploma in Automobile. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a 4-wheeler service workshop; Maruti Suzuki dealership experience is a plus. - Strong diagnostic and technical skills. - Ability to lead and mentor a team. - Good communication and teamwork skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is on day shift with a performance bonus incentive.
