The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering large-scale road/highway construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline adherence. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of road and highway projects. Manage overall site operations, resources, and project schedules. Coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, contractors, and suppliers. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Ensure compliance with IRC, MORTH, and other relevant standards and specifications. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Prepare and review project reports, DPRs, and MIS for management. Control project costs and ensure budget adherence. Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on-site.
