Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for road construction. Responsibilities include overseeing and participating in the construction of road projects, performing on-site inspections to ensure quality and compliance, collaborating with teams to meet safety and efficiency metrics, managing project timelines and budgets, and preparing accurate and detailed reports. The role demands adherence to best industry practices and maintaining a focus on project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction and Architecture principles, with an understanding of road construction processes
• Experience in Budgeting and resource management to ensure projects are completed within allocated costs and timelines
• Strong Microsoft Office skills for creating project reports, schedules, and presentations
• Ability to conduct thorough Inspections and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards
• Relevant experience and certification in construction management or civil engineering
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Understanding of local regulations, codes, and laws related to construction projects
