Road Construction engineer

Role Overview You will be a full-time Road Construction Operative based in Jaipur, responsible for preparing and maintaining construction sites, operating machinery, working with construction materials, and ensuring tasks are completed in compliance with safety standards. Your day-to-day duties will include laying pavement, repairing roads, maintaining tools and equipment, and assisting in various construction and maintenance projects. Collaboration with team members and adherence to project timelines are essential in this role. Key Responsibilities - Operating road construction machinery and tools such as bulldozers, rollers, and asphalt spreaders - Understanding construction materials, processes, and road repair techniques - Adhering to health and safety regulations in construction environments - Demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills - Maintaining physical stamina and working in outdoor conditions - Holding relevant certifications or training in construction or heavy machinery operation (preferred) - Previous experience working on-site in a similar role is a plus Qualifications Required - Experience in operating road construction machinery and tools - Knowledge of construction materials, processes, and road repair techniques - Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction environments - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions - Relevant certifications or training in construction or heavy machinery operation (preferred) - Previous on-site experience in a similar role is advantageous,
