Job Description

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the (RO) water treatment plant used in the refinery process.
Maintain continuous supply of treated water for boiler, cooling tower, and other refinery operations.
Check pressure, flow, pH, TDS, and water quality parameters regularly.
Perform start-up, shutdown, and routine operations of RO plant and associated equipment.
Carry out preventive maintenance and minor repairs of RO membranes, pumps, filters, and pipelines.
Backwash and clean filters as per schedule.
Ensure chemical dosing (antiscalant, chlorine, etc.) is done correctly.
Maintain logbooks, daily water test records, and plant performance reports.
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to avoid downtime.
Follow refinery safety procedures, housekeeping, and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or relevant trade.
Experience operating RO Plant, preferably in edible oil refinery / food industry / water treatment plant.
Knowledge of RO membranes, high-pressure pumps, dosing systems, and water treatment chemistry.
Ability to use water testing kits and instruments (pH meter, TDS meter, conductivity meter).
Good troubleshooting skills in case of leakage, scaling, fouling, or pressure drop.
Basic computer knowledge for record keeping.
Strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
