We are seeking an experienced and innovative Production Manager to lead the design, development, and manufacturing of modern Stainless Steel Water Dispensers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stainless steel product manufacturing, hands-on knowledge of design tools like AutoCAD and 3D modeling software, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. This role demands a strong understanding of both production processes and product aesthetics to create market-leading water dispensers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, prototyping, and development of SS water dispensers from concept to final production. Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability, functionality, and cost-effectiveness. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 3D modeling software must have hands-on experience in design. Strong knowledge of stainless steel sheet metal processes, fabrication techniques, and assembly lines. Understanding of water dispenser mechanisms, including filtration systems, cooling/heating units, and electrical integration. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills. JD for Operation and Maintenance head: Should understand unit operations & chemistry of effluent treatment plant and RO,ZLD.
