Role & responsibilities System Operation: Starting, stopping, and regulating pumps, valves, and motors to control the flow of water or other fluids through the RO system. Monitoring & Control: Regularly checking system parameters, such as pressure, flow rates, and water quality, using gauges, meters, and other instruments. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues with the RO system, including mechanical malfunctions, membrane problems, or other operational difficulties. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, backwashing, and replacing components, to keep the RO system functioning optimally. Water Quality Testing: Collecting water samples at various stages of the treatment process and conducting tests to ensure compliance with established standards. Chemical Handling: Handling and storing chemicals used in the RO process, such as cleaning agents and antiscalants , according to established protocols.
