The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Senior Accountant will also oversee tax filings, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making. Collaboration with other departments and mentoring junior accounting staff will be part of the role. Qualifications Experience in preparing financial statements and managing financial records Strong knowledge of auditing principles and coordination of audits Proficiency in tax filings and ensuring regulatory compliance Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis Ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred Experience in accounting software and tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
