Experience : 20 - 25 years in marketing, with 10+ years in a senior leadership role in real estate. Skills : Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand development, market analysis, and team leadership. Industry knowledge : In-depth understanding of the Indian real estate market and consumer behavior. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve goals. Proficient in data analysis and making informed decisions based on market intelligence and sales performance. Ability to manage multiple media channels and build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
