Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Manager, located in Botad. The Back Office Manager will handle day-to-day back office operations, manage operations, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee financial tasks, and perform office administration duties. This role ensures smooth and efficient functioning of the back office. Qualifications Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Operations Management Excellent Communication skills Experience in Finance management Office Administration skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
