RMO (BHMS/BAMS)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) with a BAMS/BHMS degree. The ideal candidate should have clinical exposure in General Surgery, Urology, and Gynecology, with the ability to handle patient care in OPD/IPD, assist consultants, and manage emergencies under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide round-the-clock medical support in IPD, OPD, and emergency settings.
• Assist consultants in General Surgery, Urology, and Gynecology cases.
• Conduct patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation of clinical notes.
• Assist in minor procedures and pre/post-operative care.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and paramedical teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Handle medical emergencies promptly and escalate critical cases to consultants.
• Maintain patient records, reports, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BAMS / BHMS degree from a recognized university.
• Registered with the respective medical council.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical exposure in General Surgery, Urology, and Gynecology departments (including internship/posting experience).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night duties.
• Good communication skills, clinical judgment, and patient-centric approach.
• Male candidates only (as per hospital requirement).
• Fixed Day shift and 8 hour duty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
