Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic

  JIRA workflows

  , issue types, transitions, and automation tasks.
• Observe and evaluate RL agent actions inside JIRA environments.
• Correct agent steps with accurate tool operations (fields, transitions, statuses, filters, arguments).
• Validate agent actions against

  role-based access

  rules (Admin, Developer, Viewer, Manager).
• Document interactions clearly for dataset creation.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as

  JIRA Admin / JIRA Project Admin

  .
• Ability to configure workflows, screens, permissions, schemes, automations.
• IT admin, QA engineer, or package consultant background preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise task management processes.
