Location: Vasant Kunj, New Delhi Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 + Conveyance + Incentives + Mobile Reimbursement Experience: 4 – 7 years Education: 12th Pass / Graduate Gender: Male only Requirement: Two-wheeler is mandatory Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar and mid-level positions. Post job openings on social media platforms and relevant job portals. Conduct cold calling to source suitable candidates for open positions. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule candidate interviews. Provide briefing and debriefing to candidates before and after interviews. Maintain candidate records and prepare recruitment reports in Excel. Visit client sites for understanding job requirements and conducting interviews. Coordinate and conduct onboarding formalities and documentation. Deliver training sessions at client premises as needed. Monitor the performance and attendance of placed candidates. Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain a database of potential hires. Assist in administrative tasks and maintain recruitment data accuracy. Key Skills RequiredProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, with strong body language and a proactive attitude. Good handwriting and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and take swift action. Knowledge of recruitment for security, housekeeping, and other blue-collar roles is preferred.
