Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a CNC & VMC Machine Setter and Operator. The individual will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC & VMC machines, performing machining tasks, and ensuring the quality of the produced components. Daily tasks include programming machines, adjusting settings, inspecting components for quality control, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production. Qualifications Experience in Machine Operation and Machining Skills in CNC & VMC machinery Knowledge of Quality Control processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Relevant vocational training or certification in machining or related fields is a plus Ability to work effectively as part of a team and possess good communication skills

Accounts & Administration Executive Company: RKS Forgings Industry : CNC Machining / Aftermarket Components Company Type : Partnership Concern – MSME Team Strength : 15 Members Position Overview RKS Forgings is looking for a dedicated Accounts & Administration Executive with strong experience in accounting operations and general office administration. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally ERP, GST filing, statutory compliance, and export documentation (including SEZ invoicing). The role also includes basic HR responsibilities, such as salary and wage computation based on attendance, as well as vendor/customer coordination. This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who can independently manage day-to-day accounting and administrative activities in a small but growing manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Financial Management Maintain daily accounts in Tally ERP, including entries for purchases, sales, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers. Prepare 15–18 sales invoices per month and ensure accuracy of invoice data. Manage Accounts Receivable, including payment follow-ups with customers. Manage Accounts Payable, including payment scheduling for vendors based on priority and cash flow. Bank reconciliation, petty cash handling, and regular financial record maintenance. 2. GST & Statutory Compliance Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) on time as per statutory due dates. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and maintain relevant documentation. Support in coordination with auditors and consultants when required. 3. Export & SEZ Documentation Prepare export documentation, including packing lists, invoices, e-way bills, and relevant certificates. Handle SEZ invoicing and compliance procedures accurately. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch of goods. 4. HR & Administration Maintain attendance records of staff and workers. Compute monthly salaries and wages based on attendance, overtime, and applicable deductions. Maintain employee records and assist in basic HR functions. Manage office administration, including handling statutory documents such as licenses, insurance renewals, and compliance-related paperwork. 5. General Office Support Maintain organized filing systems for accounts, HR, and statutory documents. Coordinate with different departments within the company to ensure smooth workflow. Provide administrative support to management as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word). Experience in GST filing and basic statutory compliance. Knowledge of export documentation and SEZ invoicing is highly desirable. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to work independently with responsibility and attention to detail. Preferred Experience 2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing / MSME environment. Familiarity with CNC machining or engineering industry operations is an advantage.
