We are now collaborating with a premium pen brand, and are looking to strengthen our export sales network across Africa. Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B and B2C sales of our premium pen products across the assigned African markets. Identify, approach, and develop strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers . Conduct market research to understand regional demand, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to position the brand effectively. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with business objectives. Coordinate closely with the export operations team for order processing, documentation, and customs compliance. Monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback, and report market trends for continuous improvement. Ensure timely payment collections and maintain strong customer relationships. Travel extensively to multiple African countries on a regular basis to build partnerships, expand distribution networks, and drive sales. Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of direct field sales experience in the mid-market to premium stationery or writing instruments segment . Mandatory prior experience in managing export sales across the listed African markets . Familiarity with export documentation , shipping procedures, and international trade practices. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills . Ability to work independently while coordinating remotely with international teams. Willingness and ability to travel frequently and extensively to Africa for business needs. Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record in premium stationery or writing instruments sales . Knowledge of duty exemption frameworks for Made in Egypt and import/export regulations in key African markets. Familiarity with African business culture , negotiation practices, and local business ecosystems. Compensation: Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives .
