Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and friendly Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will handle customer calls, explain our products and services, and assist in generating new leads. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain our products (Milk Crop ). Handle inbound calls and customer queries politely and professionally. Maintain call records and customer data properly. Follow up with leads and convert them into customers. Coordinate with the delivery and support teams when needed. Collect customer feedback and share with management.
