Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced CO₂ Welder (MIG Welder) to join our fabrication and assembly team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of metal inert gas (MIG) welding using CO₂ shielding gas, be able to read fabrication drawings, and produce high-quality welds with precision. Key Responsibilities: Perform CO₂ welding (MIG welding) on mild steel or other metals as per job requirements Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or welding symbols Prepare and set up welding equipment and materials Ensure strong, clean, and accurate welds with minimal distortion or rework Conduct grinding, finishing, or minor fabrication work as needed Inspect and measure finished welds for quality and specifications Follow all safety protocols and PPE guidelines in the workshop Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of welding tools and area Coordinate with supervisors or QC team for task updates Requirements: Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Welding / Fabrication Experience: Minimum 1–3 years as a CO₂ Welder or MIG Welder Ability to weld in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead, etc.) Familiar with welding tools like grinders, cutters, clamps, and jigs Knowledge of weld inspection standards is a plus Physically fit and willing to work in a workshop or field environment
