Our Service bucket ranges from Real Estate & Plant & Machinery Valuations, Chartered Engineering Services, Lenders Independent Engineering Services, Project Reports, Utilization & Completion Certificates, and Techno-Economic Feasibility cum Viability (TEV) Reports. We have 10 branches in 6 different states with registered offices in Delhi. We have an urgent requirement for the following position for Noida location: Position: Trainee/Asst. Engineer - Valuations Desired Candidate Profile- Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of companies using all accepted and relevant Asset Valuation approaches and theories. Analysis, reconciliation and summarization of data using various software applications. Identify the replacement cost / market values of the assets through market surveys. Following up/ communicating with the clients. Preparing valuation reports on the basis of surveys. Requirements- Knowledge of Ms Office Suit (particularly Ms Excel & Ms Office) & Internet is must. Zeal for Hard Work. Should be Confident & high spirited. Dedicated person who is ready to take challenges, energetic and is flexible with timings(occasionally if required). Should be able to drive things swiftly. Have Analytical Thinking and Reasoning Abilities. Prior experience in a similar profile would be a plus. Immediate joiners are preferred. Excellent communication skills are required. Should be comfortable with travelling. Knowledge of AutoCAD would be a plus. Benefits- Attractive compensation plus incentives. 2nd Saturdays will be off.
