Job Title: Pan-Asian / Indo-Chinese Chef About Us We are launching a new Asian cloud kitchen and takeout restaurant in Hinjewadi phase 1,Pune, focused on delivering fresh, wholesome, and delicious meals prepared with high-quality ingredients. Our vision is to bring authentic Pan-Asian flavors with a modern touch, while ensuring consistency, creativity, and hygiene in every dish. Job Role We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pan-Asian/Indo-Chinese Chef who can prepare, and execute a diverse range of Asian-inspired dishes. Chefs with strong experience in Indo-Chinese cuisine are also encouraged to apply. The role involves preparing high-quality Asian meals, contributing to menu development, and managing smooth kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Pan-Asian dishes (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Fusion). Contribute to menu innovation based on seasonal ingredients and trends. Ensure consistency, taste, and quality in every dish served. Manage kitchen operations, food prep, and cooking under cloud kitchen standards. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety (FSSAI compliance), and cleanliness in the kitchen. Monitor inventory, control food costs, and manage raw material usage efficiently. Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen assistants when required. Work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications Candidates with a Hotel Management or Culinary Arts background (freshers welcome) OR chefs/cooks with experience in Indo-Chinese or Pan-Asian cooking can apply.” Expertise in wok cooking, stir-fry, noodles, fried rice, curries, dumplings, sauces, and gravies. Strong knife skills and knowledge of Asian ingredients, spices, and condiments. Ability to balance authentic flavors with modern presentation. Strong time management and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen management. Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for Asian cuisines.
