As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for our real estate projects. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, marketing activities and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Present and promote our real estate projects to prospective buyers. Conduct property tours and site visits with clients. Closing Sales Maintain and update client databases and sales records. Provide clients with comprehensive guidance and support throughout the buying process. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments. Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and seminars. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar sales role, preferably in real estate. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
