Job Description : RiverStone Financial Services LLP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Service & Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of Loan, Investment, and Insurance operations. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in the financial services industry, encompassing loan operations, investment management, and insurance services. ( www.riverstonefinserv.com ) Key Responsibilities : Investment Operations : We deal with products like Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternate Investment Funds (AIF), Specialized Investment Funds (SIF), Mutual Funds, Global Funds, Gift City Investment options (Inbound & Outbound), Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, etc. and hence the job role will involve; - Facilitate client onboarding for investment services in any of the above investment options. - Assist clients with online investments and provide necessary support. - Verifying KYC and a/c opening documents. - Transactions- Online/offline execution of financial transactions of clients. - Reconcile data and ensure the software is updated. - Maintaining and improving existing processes. - Client interaction - resolving queries and issues, attending to client requests. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Fresher or Proven experience in financial services operations. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
