Job Summary The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales and presence across various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. This role involves product listings, inventory updates, order processing, online promotions, customer queries, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and growth of online sales. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the company’s online stores and marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, company website, etc.). Upload and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and stock status. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and delivery. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints related to online orders.
