You have accumulated over 10 years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in AI/ML product ownership. As an experienced Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and implementation of our AI-based Test Intelligence Platform. This platform is designed to transform software testing through the utilization of AI/ML, data analytics, and automation to offer actionable insights, test generation, predictive testing, risk-based prioritization, and intelligent regression strategies. Your key responsibilities will include defining and managing the product roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization based on customer requirements, business objectives, and AI capabilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as AI/ML engineers, QA, DevOps, and UX, will be essential to translate requirements into scalable product features. You will drive the discovery, definition, and delivery of features like test generation, test impact analysis, flaky test detection, root cause analytics, and automated risk scoring. Additionally, conducting competitive benchmarking of test intelligence tools and partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to collect feedback and enhance user journeys will be part of your role. Defining and monitoring necessary KPIs is also crucial. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software development, test automation, DevOps, or quality engineering domains. A good grasp of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and their integration in software products is essential. Familiarity with test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and telemetry tools, along with experience in test analytics, coverage tracking, impact-based testing, and test optimization, are required. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary, as well as exposure to agile methodologies and tools. Experience with or the development of developer/tester tools, along with exposure to GenAI, LLMs, or NLP-driven test automation, will be considered advantageous.,
