**Role Overview:** You will be joining FC Global Services India LLP (First Citizens India) as a Senior Manager- Banking Operations, responsible for leading a specialized group of operations agents and technology liaisons. Your role will empower agility, foster accountability, and enable quick adaptation to regulatory changes and evolving client needs, establishing the team as a cornerstone of operational strength within the bank. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Regulatory and Risk Governance:** - Champion a culture of compliance by embedding stringent risk controls, audit readiness, and policy adherence into daily operations. - Fortify the organization against reputational, operational, and regulatory exposures. - **Process Transformation and Automation:** - Architect and deliver process re-engineering initiatives and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability of card operations. - Ensure alignment with enterprise growth ambitions. - **Client Experience Optimization:** - Elevate service standards by establishing performance metrics and ensuring SLA/KPI adherence. - Embed a client-first philosophy across all operational touchpoints to reinforce customer trust and loyalty. - **People Leadership and Talent Cultivation:** - Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of operations professionals and technical liaisons. - Foster an environment of accountability, continuous learning, and professional excellence. - **Cross Functional Partnership and Stakeholder Influence:** - Act as the principal operational liaison with technology, product, risk, and compliance partners. - Drive alignment between business imperatives and operational delivery while influencing strategic decision-making at senior forums. **Qualifications Required:** - **Functional Skills:** - **Card Domain Mastery:** Profound expertise in card issuance, lifecycle management, settlements, and dispute resolution. - **Regulatory Acumen:** Deep familiarity with financial regulations, compliance protocols, and card scheme mandates. - **Operational Risk Management:** Design, implement, and monitor robust risk control frameworks. - **UAT and Systems Validation:** Translate business requirements into precise test scenarios. - **Process Engineering and Automation Literacy:** Competence in reimagining workflows and leveraging automation tools. - **Performance Analytics and Metrics Design:** Ability to define and monitor operational KPIs and SLAs. - **Technical/Business Skills:** - **Card Operations Expertise:** Deep command of end-to-end processes in card operations. - **UAT and Technology Partnership:** Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing for system upgrades. - **Regulatory and Risk Proficiency:** Understanding of card network mandates, compliance frameworks, and operational risk controls. - **Analytics and Data-Driven Mindset:** Design and interpret operational metrics, dashboards, and analytics. - **Leadership:** Proven track record of people management experience. **Additional Details:** You will report to the Associate Director, Banking Operations and collaborate with onshore teams and various business lines.
