Risk Manager (NBFC)

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Preparing product level Risk Deck, analyzing key risk metrics, early bucket bounces, and flow rates to provide actionable insights to the credit and business team - Conducting portfolio reviews, delinquency reports, and EWS reports to develop intervention and resolution strategies for improving asset quality - Providing feedback and recommending amendments to credit policy based on risk analysis - Performing Credit Through The Door analysis and guiding the business team on variance correction - Analyzing key data elements, interpreting cross-period movements, and understanding the macro mechanics of the system - Conducting hind-sighting reviews as part of risk review and credit policy implementation review - Real-time monitoring of high-value cases - Collaborating with the Finance and credit team to build, review, and align the ECL models About the Company: This leading financial services company in India offers a wide range of retail financing products, including two-wheeler, used car, and consumer durable loans.
